We have all but seen the last of 2018 and here are some of our favourite Xbox titles that have given us sleepless nights.
To be fair Xbox is a little lacking in the exclusive department but do not fear there is still plenty of big titles to indulge in. First up PUGB (player unknown battleground) is a very good battle royal game.
A proper PVP with over 100 players hashing it out to be top cop. If you feel lonely you can play as a team of four. You start off like survivor parachuting in with nothing, then you have to forage for armour, guns and other goodies. Playing as first of their person depending on your preference. Very entertaining and lots of fun.
Next up, State of Decay 2, the bases of the game are to survive the apocalypse and this time do it together. This means there are more choices you have to make. Build a base that will take care of the people, select the best location and lead the people. Bitten no problem, hope you have a good medicine skill. You are not playing one member but rather as a community. When someone dies you feel the loss in the camp as well in the form of their skills. It is not without its flaws, there are some zombie spawning issues along and buggy saves and some other technical issues. There are other games like left 4 dead and don’t starve together.
Now the big gun Forza Horizon 4. I am tempted to say that this is the perfect game. I completely forgot that I had Forza 7. It is a detailed open world masterpiece set in the UK with season-changing mechanic. There I just so much to enjoy in the game, from tinkering with your ride, driving down a mountain or engaging with other strangers and friends. Participate in the season to unlock different routes with impacting driving conditions like snow, mud or ice. Create your own route and share it with everyone. Go at it alone or cooperatively, join matches for fun or for ranked matches. With over 450 cars from different licensed manufactures, there is one for everyone. Combined with the customization option Forza players love and you can create a matching of beauty. Keep it real and remember “never stop bashing those buttons”
