[Insert Tears here]. Sorry guys, but Hideo Kojima himself has confirmed that there will be no Death Stranding @E3 2017. So you have my permission to go crazy with sad face emojis.
I’ll admit, I had very high hopes of saying some form of gameplay for this eagerly awaited title. To this day, we still have absolutely no idea what Death Stranding is. All we know is that it’s Open world and that it will have Hideo Kojima’s trademark craziness. Awesome…Sold! But erhh, can I at least see some of the goodies I just bought? I’m afraid not! You see Hideo Kojima himself has dropped the world shattering news that there will be no Death Stranding @E3 2017. Check out his Tweet below.

With that said, you can absolutely rule out this game being released in 2017. I know there was never any official word on release date, but that didn’t stop us from hoping for a Holiday 2017 release. In the end, we all need to learn some patience and allow Kojima and his team to craft the best possible game that they can. Unless…Kojima drops another surprise PT. Sleep on that will ya!
