RUSH 2019 Prepares to Kick Off

South Africa’s eSports Scene is about to be set on fire as we hit yet another year of Gaming Tournament Mecca that is RUSH 2019. With a twist this year.

The SkyGamers Team prepares for yet another exciting year of South African eSports Event that is Rush 2019. This year is slightly different. Rush has merged with the ever-popular GeekFest for one holy Mecca of gaming and Nerdy fun. Watch your back Comic-Con! But Geek event comparisons aside, this year is primed to be yet another exciting year. We’ll be at the event to cover all the craze and share as much gallery pics as our hard drives will allow.

The fun will be taking place again at the Sun Arena, Time Square, Pretoria. From tomorrow, 28 June, 29 and 30 June 2019. Fans will be getting a variety of tournaments to be enjoyed. From FIFA 19, CS:GO, DOTA 2, StarCraft, Hearthstone, Fortnite and Tekken 7.

Prizes up for grabs, sponsored by Vodacom 4U and Samsung, include cash prizes, product prizes and overseas trips, totalling over R450,000. This is truly one of the biggest years yet. Interested in joining in on the fun, check out event details below:

Times: Friday 10am – 8pm | Saturday 10am – 8pm | Sunday 10am – 5pm

How do I buy tickets to Rush? 

Tickets to Rush are on sale via www.ticketpros.co.za 

Day Pass: R120 (valid for one day only on any of the three days) 

Weekend Pass: R300 (valid for all three days) 

Player Pass: R250 (valid for all three days for players competing in tournaments)
