Diablo Immortal has been announced for Mobile??

A new Diablo has been announced at Blizzcon 2018 and Suprise, it’s for Mobile.  So here’s Diablo Immortal which is a Diablo game no one asked for.

If you were able to catch the streams from Blizzcon 2018 and saw the crowd go completely puzzled at the announcement of Diablo Immortal being a mobile game.  That’s right, instead of a “One More Thing” moment from Apple with an announcement that blows the doors off everything shown, Blizzcon goers got the exact opposite of what they wanted.

What fans were really clamouring for was an announcement of Diablo 4, a mainline game that would push things to the next level in the franchise.  Not a watered down Diablo 3 for mobile.  Heck Diablo 3 on Switch is a million times better than what was showcased.  You see most hardcore gamers, the type that goes to Blizzcon, hate mobile gaming as a platform.  I’m one of those gamers and its mostly because of the scummy business practices that make it such a profitable platform.  The same sort of practices that are worming their way into our beloved AAA games.  Not to mention that there’s been so many Diablo rip off games on the platform that even Diablo itself kinda looks generic now.  Like its one of those rip-offs.  It’s a sad day indeed.
