LA Noire makes a come back on current gen
The detective masterpiece game of the last generation, LA Noire, is making a come back to the current generation. Time to put your detective skills to the test in this long requested remaster.
Finally, Rockstar is listening to its fans and bringing back this classic detective story, LA Noire. The game was originally released in 2011 and it was without a doubt one of the gems of that year. I still have my Xbox 360 copy of the game. Get ready to jump back into the detective shoes of Cole Phelps as he goes from a Los Angeles beat cop to a high profile cases detective in the 1940s. What makes this title so unique was the way it focuses more on actual detective work rather than gameplay. What I mean by that, you need to collect clues, which could lead to certain witnesses. Miss those clues, however, and you might never get access to certain NPC’s. Your case might turn out completely different to how another player will experience it. It was extremely well handled.
In addition to that, you had to interrogate suspects. Try and read their facial expressions to see whether they’re lying or not. Which leads you to reveal certain pieces of evidence against them or not. It was a system that to this day still hasn’t be replicated. So I’m pretty excited to hear the game will be making a comeback for the new generation of consoles. The game will be released on PS4, Xbox One, and even the Nintendo Switch on the 14th November 2017. It’ll include the core game as well as every DLC released. 4K resolutions have been confirmed for PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. IF you’ve never experienced this title before, you really should put it on your wishlist.
