Sorry guys there will be No Halo for E3 2017
So Scorpio is getting revealed at E3 2017 right, surely a Halo title will be their masterpiece showcase. Not so, turns out there will be no Halo for E3 2017. Wait? What?? That can’t be right.
Yes, you absolutely read that correct! Microsoft has confirmed that the will be no Halo for E3 2017. That means Halo 6, which would’ve been perfect to show off the raw power that is Project Scorpio running at 4K60. But it just isn’t happening. I know what you’re thinking, you’re thinking, of course not, it’s too soon! Microsoft will be dropping news of a Halo 3 Anniversary right? That’s what they’ve been doing historically. Well, I’m afraid not. Believe me, I was thinking the same thing too until this happened.

I know right, it’s so confusing. What the hell are we going to be playing on our shiny new Scorpio besides the old games we already have (fingers crossed they get that 4K update)? Phil Spencer, the big boss over at Xbox reassures fans that Microsoft will be all about the games at this year’s E3. So don’t lose hope yet, this is Microsoft’s most important E3 to date. You bet your bottom dollar they’re going to be bringing out all the big guns they can carry. Even if Master Chief won’t be along for the ride. Who knows, maybe Halo 5 might just get a 4K Scorpio boost, fingers crossed.
