There is a big push from the gaming fraternity for games to be online play ONLY and some of the motivation include gamer’s to test their might or be part of a team, but where does it leave gamer’s with no internet ?

In the modern age of technology, you would be surprised to hear that there are still remote areas on the blue marble we call home with no infrastructure to speak of.

I do not mean people staying in a house made from sticks and mud, but places where there is no internet connectivity available, yes no fibre, ADSL, WIFI and the cellular network supports the lowest end of the speed range in the form of GPRS only.

This is the conundrum that gamer’s face and leaves them pulling their hair and rethinking “ why do I have a gaming console “ Let face it with the size of digital game downloads and updates of existing ones it becomes a real stumbling block.  What options are available to mere mortals then….  You can always pack up you console and take it to a friend’s house with the necessary bandwidth but this becomes a chore and we all know how that ends………

Games like Doom , Call Of Duty and Gears Of War which specialise in multiplayer makes you feel cheated paying premium price for a game you only have 25 % access to.

Gamers of this calibre will always feel wanting, who does not like to stick it to someone online with the perfect headshot.

With the list of “Online Games ONLY “ increasing with the likes of The Crew and Destiny it removes consumers with no internet from the shopping cart.
