Buying an Xbox one…. What should you know
I hade an Xbox 360 and move over to PlayStation 4. For years I did not need or want an Xbox again, but things change so now what.
Let’s start off with the bad. Even though Microsoft has been fine-tuning the console from 2013 there is still some issue that might creep up. Disk drive makes a grinding noise. Thankfully it seems that it just errors out and will not damage the disc. You can contact the store you purchased it. the hardware for an exchange. Seeing that more and more games are becoming digitally available it does not seem to be a high-risk problem.
Xbox does not want to update. This is an easy fix, check the internet, cycle the Xbox by holding the power button for 30 seconds. Xbox does not want power up. This is a big one, this could be related to a power issue in the form. Check the power brick to see what light is illuminated, if there is no light this could the problem, luckily it is easy to order a replacement one. Most people that buy the Xbox one most properly only uses it or gaming. But you know it has a Blu ray player and if you plug in a portable hard drive or flash disk you can view pictures, movies, and series.
I have stayed away from the mythical X for too long. I need to reconnect with and there is no better time than now. The price has dropped and maybe come Black Friday I will be reunited with Xbox glory. What games will I get I hear you ask? Well of the bat it will be Forza Motorsport 7, Gears of War 4, Halo MCC and Forza Horizon 4. Here is to seeing you online very soon my friends. Keep it real and remember “never stop bashing those buttons”
