Midweek Gaming Update
Category : News
It is hump day which means the weekend is just around the corner. Let’s look at what new in the gaming industry.
Call of duty black ops 4 has it first launched its first patch. The patch fixes stability and crash issues that have plagued it. This is why it is always a good idea to give a game sometime after a launch so they fix all the annoying issues. Blackout received changes in the form of player counts to some modes. I am sure there will be a lot more updates in the near future
Microsoft keeps updating their impressive backward compatibility line-up. This time around it is the acclaimed Crysis series to be enjoyed on Xbox One. I did spend a good couple of days playing the franchise. It was a proper first-person shooter with stunning graphics and heaps of fun. Do yourself a favour and get it, you will not be disappointed.
For those PS 4 owners that are worried about the message containing an unrecognized character that crashes your PS 4 do not fear, the patch is here. If you are unfortunate to have the system crash and stuck in a loop there is a solution. You are able to delete the message through the PS app and then start the console in safe mode. Speaking of update 6.02is ready for download. There are no exiting features but rather stability patching.
Game pass is a wonderful concept, especially since there is an influx of new games being added all the time. With this in mind, it means that some games will have to be removed from the list. Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty – Xbox One, Resident Evil – Xbox One, Sky Force Anniversary – Xbox One, World of Van Helsing: Deathtrap – Xbox One, MEGA MAN 9 – Xbox 360. Resident Evil is the real kicker here and I would advise that anyone that has not played to the game to give it a go before it is gone.
Keep it real and remember “never stop bashing those buttons”
