Good day members lets look at some news and i will share my opinion on storage and how it effect the way we consume it

Let take a closer look at some of the news that made headlines recently.

Microsoft has released more Xbox 360 titles in the form of a Star Wars bonus bonanza. Titles include Star Wars: Republic Commando, Star Wars: Jedi Academy and Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic 2 amongst the mix. Sometimes I think people miss the what makes these backward compatible games great. For veteran gamers you get to play the classics again and for the youth they get to play titles otherwise unattainable.

Let’s talk storage, in recent years digital purchases has climbed to 74 % of all game purchases. This is a very convenient way to get games but storage is not your friend. Previously with slow internet speeds downloading a 50-80 gig game seemed very daunting. With fibre expanding at a rapid rate, slow internet is something in the past. I know what you are thinking to fill a 1 TB drive will take some time to fill. You are right and wrong, yes that means downloading a lot of games and not necessary having time playing them all.

There are big sized games like fallout 4 with DLC that ticks close to 100 Gig. One must factor the game being bought as well as the free games available every month. Note that some game bloggers use footage from game play and recorder at 4K it does chew up space. With 4K and VR gamin on the increase there is no telling what the future will hold. A certain truth is that games are going to increase in size and let hope storage keeps up with demand.

Thanks for the visit , pop in to our store and peruse the titles on offer http://www.skygamers
