The ex-team behind the hugely successful Bioshock series have just announced a new FPS titled City of Brass. And we the first gameplay footage right here after the break. Step inside and take a peek.
We knew for a while that the team behind Bioshock was working on something after the closure of Irrational Games. We finally get to see the fruits of their labour. Introducing City of Brass. Now, what exactly is this new FPS? Basically, it’s a procedurally generated FPS. With a unique, Aladdin-esque art style. In addition to the unique look the game is going for, players will be armed with just a whip and a bladed weapon and throw you into the deep end, see how well you swim. Did I mention you’re looking at a Permadeath should you fail? That means each time to meet your inevitable end, you start up with a new city and enemy placements.
Almost forgot to mention. There’s totally Genies in this game too. And yes, they will absolutely grant you wishes. The game is expected to release in fall 2017 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. so kick up a chair and take a sneak peak at the game’s first gameplay footage. Enjoy!
