Blizzard and Activision will be letting players get access to yet another Overwatch free weekend next week.  The mega-successful 1 Billion dollar franchise is the gift that keeps on giving.

Overwatch is still kicking asses and taking names in the Hero Arena Shooter genre.  But that’s still not enough for Activision and Blizzard, they want the whole world to be playing this mega franchise.  As such they are dropping yet another Overwatch Free Weekend.  That’s right if you still haven’t bought the game and still on the fence about getting the game, this free weekend gives you the chance to try it out first hand.  Just like the last free weekend, players will get access to all 24 Heros and 14 maps.  You’ll level up and get loot just like the paid players.  With the added bonus that if you decide to take the leap and purchase the game, all your saved data, level and loot comes with you.

The free weekend kicks off on the 26th May to the 29th May.  What’s really cool is that it takes place during Overwatch’s One Year Anniversary event which starts on the 23rd until the 12th June.  So non-owners can also join in the festivities.  It’s a really fun game that’s worth trying out.  You really have nothing to lose, if you don’t like it after the weekend just nuke the installation.  Overwatch is available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.  Happy Gaming!
